Jordan Levin transitions to role of Chairman
OpenBet has announced the appointment of Nikos Konstakis as Chief Executive Officer, effective at the end of the year. Jordan Levin will transition to the role of Chairman, where he will continue to play an active role in shaping OpenBet’s long-term strategy.
The appointment builds on the leadership role Nikos already plays across OpenBet, where he has been closely involved in driving the operational and commercial execution of the business and shaping its strategic priorities.
As CEO, he will lead OpenBet’s vision, strategy and day-to-day business, focusing on its growth, product and technology priorities while continuing to raise the bar in how OpenBet delivers for its global base of market-leading customers.
The leadership transition comes at a time of strong momentum for OpenBet. The company recently announced its planned acquisition of OmniLogic, further strengthening its position in the global lottery market and expanding its relationships with leading WLA operators.
OpenBet also delivered successfully for customers through the World Cup, one of the industry’s most important and demanding sporting events, with over 175 million bets processed and $3 billion wagered. In 2025, the company completed a management buyout backed by Ariel Emanuel, with participation from executives of OpenBet.
